Your career is ultimately an opportunity you choose. When you start believing you don’t have choices, you limit your potential by fueling fear instead of strengthening faith.
Let’s get clear:
A job can birth purpose.
A hobby can birth purpose.
A trauma can birth purpose.
A relationship can birth purpose.
A passion can birth purpose.
Purpose isn’t just what you do—it’s what you choose to pursue.
It’s not only about the result, but the journey of how you serve your intentions.
💬 Say this out loud:
“Intentions allow me to birth the outlook my impact desires.”
When people share their journey to success, they’re sharing a blueprint that works for them. But God designed you with your own divine blueprint—and He’s so gracious to send helpers in many forms to guide you along the way.
Now ask yourself:
Does your purpose always make money?
Does your purpose always make you happy?
Does your purpose always… [fill in the blank]?
The truth? "Always" is an illusion.
We are here to experience, to learn, to expand.
📚 I read a romance book recently “A Love Song for Ricki Wilde” (highly recommend if you're into nostalgic, raw love stories), and a line stood out:
“Instead of trying to figure this person out, try to experience them.”
I want you to apply that same energy to your career and purpose.
Stop trying to figure it all out. Experience it.
Experience it through passion, pursuit, pivot and perseverance. What does your purpose look like? What does it feel like? What’s its value? And most importantly, what problem is it serving?
Your purpose is a journey, not a destination. So, show up for it—every chapter, every chance, every change.
Self Reflection
What story am I telling myself about my career right now—and is it rooted in fear or faith?
Am I choosing my current path out of purpose, comfort, pressure, or fear? Why?
What impact do I want to create, and how do my intentions align with that impact?
Where in my journey do I need to pivot, pause, or persevere—and what’s holding me back from doing so?
